TTS is located on US 422, 1 mile east of the Ohio/Pennsylvania line. The TTS office is located on the east end of the New Castle school of Trades facility. Please turn into the lot at the wind turbine and park parallel to the truck bay. Follow TTS signs counterclockwise around the truck bay to the main door.
TTS is pleased to offer convenient CDL testing services to the Mahoning Valley. CDL exams may be easily requested using the online form. All scheduled testing appointments will be confirmed via telephone to ensure proper testing documentation, exam registration and safety protocols.
