Rental Equipment For CDL Test

CDL trucks are available to rent for the purpose of CDL skills testing at TTS. CDL test applicants must have a CLP (CDL permit) that fits the class of vehicle that they intend to test for.

Class A CDL Test Rental Vehicles

Combination Vehicle #1

  • Day cab tractor 
  • Straight 10-speed manual transmission
  • Full air brakes
  • 48-foot van trailer

Combination Vehicle #2

  • Conventional tractor 
  • Straight 10-speed manual transmission
  • Full air brakes
  • 48-foot flatbed trailer

Class B CDL Rental Vehicle

Class B CDL Dump Truck

  • 7-speed manual transmission
  • Air brakes
    * TTS does not have a Class B passenger vehicle available for rent

Vehicle Rental Rates

  • Rates apply to either Class A or Class B vehicles
  • Initial Exam: $150
  • Retest (all portions): $150
  • Retest (road & skills): $125
  • Retest (road only): $100
